Yes. Fast track uses the official priority lanes that Phuket International Airport operates for premium passengers, and your escort is accredited to work airside. It is a paid commercial service, not a way around the rules, and nothing about it is informal or under the table.
No. There is no counter or kiosk selling fast track inside the terminal. The service has to be booked at least 24 hours before your flight so we can assign an agent and clear their airside access for your flight number.
At peak arrival hours the general immigration queue at Phuket airport runs 40 to 90 minutes. Off-peak it is usually 15 to 30. With fast track passport control takes 5 to 10 minutes regardless, because you use a separate counter.
Children under 3 travel free and are not counted when we work out your group size. From 3 years old the adult rate applies, which is the same per-person price as everyone else on the booking.
Nothing on your side. We monitor your flight number and move the agent to the new arrival time at no extra charge. If the flight is cancelled and we can move the service to another date, we reschedule it.
No, and you should be careful with anyone who offers to. The Thailand Digital Arrival Card is free and you submit it yourself at the official immigration portal before you fly. If you get stuck on a field, message us on WhatsApp and we will talk you through it at no charge.
Partly, and it is worth being precise. Visa on Arrival is issued at its own counter before the main immigration hall, and that queue we cannot skip — you apply and pay there yourself. Once you have the visa, our agent takes you through the priority immigration lane, which is where the time saving happens.
At least 24 hours before your flight. In high season, over Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year, book several days ahead — the number of agents who can work a single flight is limited.
