Privacy Policy
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no database. The booking form does not send anything anywhere on its own: it composes a message and opens WhatsApp or your mail app, so you press send yourself. The only personal data we hold is what you write to us in that chat — your name, your phone number, your flight number and date — and we use it to book your agent and nothing else.
What we collect and why
To meet you at the aircraft we need four things, and we ask for nothing beyond them.
- Your name — the agent has to recognise you, and on VIP packages it goes on the name sign.
- Your WhatsApp or Telegram number — this is where we confirm the booking and reach you if the flight moves.
- Your flight number and date — we put the flight on monitoring so a delay does not cost you the service.
- Your hotel or villa address — only if you booked the package with a transfer. Without a transfer we never ask.
- Your email — only if you asked for a copy of the booking by mail.
Who else sees it
The agent who meets you sees your name, flight and phone number, because that is the job. Airport authorities may ask for the passenger name on a booking when they clear the agent for airside access on your flight — that is the airport's requirement, not ours.
Phuket Easy Travel operates this service, so the same team handles your booking. If your package includes a transfer, the driver gets your name, flight and address.
Nobody else. We do not sell contact lists, we do not hand data to advertising networks, and we have no affiliate trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
The WhatsApp conversation stays in the chat history on our phone, as any chat does. Booking records — name, flight, package, payment — we keep for accounting and dispute purposes and then delete.
Ask us to delete your data and we will delete the booking record and the chat. The only thing we cannot remove is what payment providers keep on their side about a transfer: that is their obligation, not our choice.
What this site does technically
It is a static site. There is no login, no comment form and no server that receives your input.
Fonts are served from this domain, not from Google, so opening the page does not report your visit to a third party. Images and styles come from the same domain. The only outbound links are to WhatsApp, Telegram, our payment providers and phuketeasytravel.com — and those open only when you click them.
Children
We ask about the age of children for one reason: under 3 travel free and do not count towards group size. We do not need their names or documents.
